The Pureness of Being

What does the butterfly feel

When it flaps it’s wings

When it sees it’s reflection in the mirror

Is it, awe of the beauty

Those brilliant colors

The outside looking in

The inside looking out

Watching the flight of other

Feeling the journey

Is that pure bliss

Is that pure synchronicity

With the wind

And the world

And the waves

What would it be like to fly

The ecstatic dance with the world

Is that the butterflies life

Pureness

In the moment

Being

Without thinking

Or worrying

Or wondering

Just Pure in it’s existence

And it’s own delight in living

God, I hope it’s that way

For the butterfly

And everything else

The dogs and the dragonflies

The cats at play

The bees at work

And why can’t we be that way

Free

And Pure

And Loving

In love with every moment

Immune to judgement

And doubt

And the absences

Just love

Floating above the river like the dragonfly

Or the fishing jumping out of the water

Free

What would it be like

To be able to love every second

And every one

And not see lack

Just abundance

And not detest the clouds

But love the rain and the ‘bows

And the life that it brings

With the wind

And the earth

What if we could live that way

And look into each other’s eyes

And smile

And love

And give

A higher vibration

Magnified over and over

In our pure delight

In just being

Here

Alive

And awake

And appreciating

Every moment and every thing

And every one

What if we could honor the trees

And the bees

And the honey

More than we worship their destruction

And their profits

What if we could plant the trees

In every yard

Pears and figs and apples

And we just shared

And had them

For each other

And we gave

And honored the earth

And the experiences

What if we could dance like the butterflies

And sing like the bees

And honor the pureness of our existence

Without looking back or forward

But just here

And now

Together

In appreciation

And admiration
